Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Can a management/landlord add an addendum to a lease months after the lease is signed?

Do I have to sign it?

The lease cannot be unilaterally amended. You dont have to sign anything you dont want to sign, subject to the terms of the original lease. That lease controls and if it references some potential future addendum than that would control. Seek legal help.
