Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Can you trespass a homeowner if the married couple has separated and the one being trespassed has moved out and said he is no longer living there? If so can i get a case law? FL btw.

Huh? If you enter a private property you are not invited to, you are guilty of trespass. It is not an individual thing related to a person, it is related to the property A person does not have to be present on the property for someone else to trespass.
