Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
After several months of trying to get my lease renewed, and to no success, I've been paying my rent on time for the last 7 months. This is because the guy in charge of renewing was always to busy, so he said. So now I got a letter telling me to vacate in 2 weeks. I am recovering from a heart attack. Can my landlord (a corporation) legally do this ?

Month to month tenancies payable once a month can be terminated with 14 days notice.
