Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We moved in a rv park we had verbal agreement that i would b paid 50 a day . we have been there about two months ive worked alot and havent got paid my boyfriend also has worked maintence lawn care all kinds of stuf plus she goes out of town for weeks at the time and we run the motel with very little pay. Our rent is 350. A month. Well i refused to work the other day because i dont get paid she demanded we pay rent after all the work we have done that should have been pd up for atleast 2 or 3 months well she immediately told us to move camper and that daywithout notice cut my electric and water. Is there anything i can do

Yes, take her to court. Go to small claims and file for wages unpaid. Contact the Jacksonville Code Enforcement at 117 W. Duval Street, Ste 280, 630-4955, and request that they contact your landlord and explain that their action is illegal and violated the Jacksonville Housing Code. Contact your utility company to see if they will turn the utility back on in your name. You may be required to pay a deposit and service charge.
