Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My renters lease has been up for over a year and I gave a written notice to move on the february 17th and I am moving by march 17th and I need to know if march I have to pay the full rent or just for the 17 days that I am gonna be here

If you pay rent each month, you are a month to month tenant. Absent an agreement to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for the entire month even if you vacate before the end of the month.

Ask your landlord to take less, but unless your agreement with landlord states otherwise you have to pay for the entire month.
