Rights and Obligations after Hurricane

My husband and I own a duplex in cape coral, Fl just where Hurricane Charley hit. Falling apart but tenants are still living inside for now anyways, no where else for them to go and has not been condemed yet. what are our rights and obligations as landlords? What are the tentants rights?

This should be covered by your lease. If uninhabitable or unsafe, they must move out. They do not owe rent. Call your insurance carrier
