what are my rights as a tenant with no lease? my landlord has informed me that she didn't receive my rent (said I never paid it, I have no receipt either) and she wants me to leave the residence. do i have to?

Well, your landlord can evict you for failure to pay rent, unless you have proof that you paid the rent.
