Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

roommate threatening to evict

As of August, myself and two other friends signed a lease with an apartment complex. Because of unexpected utility fees that have accrued in our previous rental, we were left to split an unreasonably high amount of rent, and neither myself or my other roommate could afford the full amount. Our other roommate is threatening to evict us and claim our possessions within a week if we don't raise the money. Her name is on the lease, and so is mine and my friend's. I know she has no legal authority to claim my things, but other than small claim's court, is there any other way she can have our name s removed from the lease?
