Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Hi, I have 2 chihuahuas. My next door nieghbors are theatening to take me to court becuase they say my dogs bark too much.Can they do that ? Secondly they do not bark as much as they say they are.What can I do about this?

If your chihuahuas are making so much noise, they are interfering with your neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment of their property. They are a noise nuisance. If you rent, the landlord can evict you after notice and opportunity to cure the problem. If you own where you live, the neighbors will have to take you to court to get an injunction against you.

I don't know how to make chihuahuas quit yapping.
