Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

If public records show that a case between a defendant and a group of doctors

and a hospital was "dismissed with prejudice", was it truly because of misconduct on the part of the plaintiff or is there any possibility that the case was settled out of court and the way to make sure that the same case doesn't find its way back into the courtroom is to dismiss with prejudice and allow the defendant to go "without day"??

There is no way to decipher what happened from these records alone. No conclusions can be drawn about any party's conduct. Dismissal with prejudice would end that claim.
