Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Dental mistake

My son went to the dentist for 3 teeth to be extracted. The dentist passed over a broken in half tooth on top to remove a good tooth (not planned at all) They say it would need to be removed someday anyway. So, he went back that day after noticing the error and had the other one pulled. They did not charge for that.Is there a case?

Re: Dental mistake

It sounds like you would have a case however you would need a report from another dentist verifying the mistaken extraction and the anticipated problems it will cause. I doublt the monetary damages will be significant so monetarily it may not pay to proceed. Feel free to call me at 561 998 9401 to discuss further.
