Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
pastic surgery foul up.
I had breast augmentation done and the doctor did a very bad job I am deformed from it. He placed the implants to far apart and they look rediculous. I have gone back and complained but he said it is fine. It has been less than a year since I had the procedure done. Do I have any rights? this cost me $4500.00 and I look aweful!

You may have a cause of action if the doctor. The hard part is going to be finding an expert that says the doctor screwed up.

In order to determine whether you have a viable claim against the doctor and any other parties that may have liability (nurse, hospital, medical practice, etc.), I would have to learn additional facts and have an expert review the medical records. Medical malpractice is a complex area of the law. You have two years from the time of the incident to bring suit, so although you have some time, you do not want to waste any. If you go to another plastic surgeon who will provide you with a report stating the other doctor was negligent and how he was negligent you will have a malpractice action. You may call me for further information. Good luck.
