Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I got in an accident 01/19/2010 and i was uninsured. I got in contact with the Plaintiff and payed her full i went to the court house and they are asking for a Satisfaction of Judgment... what does that letter have to contain?

Upon full payment of the judgment, the plaintiff would file a Satisfaction of Judgment form, which states the judgment has been paid in full. If she refused, you will have to bring on a motion in court for the judge to order it.
