how to appeal circuit ruling

A Motion to Dismiss was allowed on 2 defendants in my circuit court case, I need to know how to appeal the ruling, such as what I am to send to the court and the parties.

To appeal a Circuit Court dismissal you must have grounds for appeal and the paperwork to the District Court of Appeals must be filed within 30 days of the Order (4th District rules)

You should have an attorney review all of the paper work in your case to determine if you have preserved your right to appeal as well as have an appealable issue.
