Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My former boss is threatening to have me arrested for a hit and run for backing my truck into the office building. The damage is minimal (slightly bent window frame) but the landlord is apperently threatening to charge my former boss for the damage. There is only 1 witness and no cameras outside the building, is deniability my best bet here?
