Car without passenger airbag

If a car without a passenger airbag

gets into an accident and the

owner did NOT tell the passenger

prior to getting in the car, what

can legally happen to the owner of

the car if the passenger is injured?

Nothing can happen to the owner because he or she did not tell the passenger that there was not an airbag. That, in my judgment, is not negligent. If the driver was negligent in the operation of the vehicle, then that is another matter . . . . . . . .
