Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Rent shop space by day or hour.

We want to rent out our cabinet shop (which we rent from someone) to individuals on an hourly or daily basis. We realize we must have a liability release form of some kind for people to sign. How do we go about this so we have no liability if someone gets hurt when using our tools?

There is no way to completely eliminate your liability. You can haver them sign a release, but those are often hard to enforce.
