I fell at the movie theater, but the emergency room physician said that I fell at home on the paperwork. I am trying to sue so what can I do?

See what the nusrses said. Also, send a letter to the hospital's record department requesting a correction of the history. If you have a witness, best to have an affidavit go along with it.
