Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Injury at a restaurant

Hello I went to a restaurant and i sliced the top of my finger on a steak knife...I was unwrapping the silverware from napkin and I did not know that there was a steak knife wrapped in the napkin ... I cut the tip of my finger after this happened i went straight to the er and got it stitched and glued. The dr said that i may have got my nerve and i may never have feeling in the area of cut. Anyways I am not sure if I should seek legal action and I need to know how to get the company to pay for the expense Also these rolled napkins are handed to children and we are not told that there are sharp knives in the napkins all other restaurant that I have been to do not wrap there steak knives this is so unsafe thank you
