Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
A lady slipped on my front porch steps coming to the door it was a real downpoor and at night.I did not see her slip she told me she did after I opened the door and said she was fine.Now 5 months later I get a lawyers letter in the mail wanting insurance info.friends have seen her since the slip and she seems fine.the steps and railing are in fine shape with plenty of light.she works for a large company that has health insurance .please I need help.cant afford to be dropped by insurance its to hard to get in florida.
