Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I recently stayed at a hotel in the handicapped accessible room. When I went to take a shower, the shower chair broke off the wall when I sat on it, dropping me about 18 inches and wrenched my back. The shower chair wasn't bolted into a stud like it should have been, just screwed into the drywall. We took pictures of it for proof. Do I have a valid personal injury case?

Yes. The value of the case depends upon the severity of your injury. Was the accident reported to the hotel? I would be happy to discuss the matter further. My cell # is 561 414 7145. Good luck.
