Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My son who was in a car accident is being discharged from the hospital because he does not have insurance and has not finished his therapy and other things that need to be fixed. If he now comes to my home because he has no where else to go, if he should fall and re-injure himself...would my homeowners be responsible?

You should speak with a Personal Injury Attorney to ensure that your sons rights are protected. If your son were to injure himself in your home, most likely your homeowners insurance would claim that injury was not a result of his at home injury, but stemmed from his auto accident and deny coverage. Seeking out help for your sons auto accident is very important. If you require more information, please visit www.fairnessforall.com

You should speak with your son's attorney. If he does not have one, I would be happy to speak with you both.
