Legal Question
We had a hired an attorney to handle a medical case , it concerns a shoulder prosthesis, we give him all our records and medical papers plus the prostheses
that was taken from the shoulder. The case is depended on this prosthesis , the attorney informed us the office has lost the prothesis. What is our recourse against the attorney?
