Name change on Title Loan due to death of one of the owners.

Parents and daughter co-owned a Condo. Both parents deceased. Want to remove their names from the loan leaving the daughter's name on and possibly adding a second person. Please help.

Re: Name change on Title Loan due to death of one of the owners.

To remove a name or change a name on a loan document requires refinancing. Check with your mortgage company to find out their policy on this.
