Florida foreclosure/ turning over a home to the bank

I started renting a house on a month to month lease in December that same month I was served with foreclosure papers. My landlord is now claiming he is going to turn the house over to the bank. Is this possible if the house is going into foreclosure? What is the process of giving a house to the bank? If he does turn the house over how long do I have to move out?

The landlord can turn the house over to the bank. If he does, you'll have anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to move out, on average.

The landlord can turn the house over to the bank. Usually if you have a month to month lease, you would have a month to move, providing you paid that month's rent to the bank.
