Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed a contract for a home yesterday. I did not provide the earnest money yet but forgot to mention the closing cost expenses when I signed it. Is it too late to negotiate to have the seller pay the closing cost?

The actual agreement controls. Whatever the document provides is what you are stuck with now. The failure to pay the earnest money is subject to the penalties within the document. Hire an attorney.
