Its my moiney, I have been paying childsupport religiously.. and they still keep all my money. Is there anything I can do?

Based on the facts in your question, it is a family law issue. If your employer or govt agency deducted the funds from your pay check under authority of an income deduction order, your child support obligation will be credited. If the deduction was the result of garnishment and was deducted from a bank or other account, it will also be credited toward your support obligation. Likely, under the income deduction order or garnishment, a certain amount of funds can be deducted or garnished, with any excess being credited to child support, which reduces your future obligation for support. You can check with the employer, bank, or other who deducted and credited the funds for details. But you won't likely be able to have the funds returned to you.
