Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
i have been charged three different times for diving with a suspened lic. I have court on 7/15/2010 and i would like to know if there is a possibiltyfor me to go to jail if i plea guilty

There is a definite possibility. What is more likely is the fact that you will be habitualized and lose your ability to get a license for 5 years with no hardship whatsoever for the first year of that. Mr. Epifanio is spot on. You stand a good chance of being sentenced to jail & losing your DL for 5 years, unless the basis of your suspension can be cleared up & your license reinstated prior to resolving your case. I strongly suggest you retain local counsel to assist you.
