Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My friend had been charged with felony driving while license suspended or revoked, and it was not due to an alcohol or drug related issue. She was consequently adjudicated guilty and sentenced to three years probation. My question is why if there was not any alcohol or drugs related in the charges that probation would requires random uranaylis testing as a requirement? We are in the State of Florida in Walton County

Drug testing is a standard condition of felony probation. Although not always ordered it is considered "standard."
