Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I received a speeding ticket and went to court to plea not guilty and the judge sited me for this ticket I have a good drivers record 1 ticket in 2000 and i don't understand why under verdict the adjudication withheld was checked off I never been to jail nor court and I tried to fight something which I still feel I'm not guilty of.I would have been better off paying for the ticket. How can you fight for this which you strongly feel in your heart you're right and the officer was wrong and will this look bad on my licence

The hearing process is an adversarial one, in which both parties may present witnesses for the court's consideration. It does not guarantee that you'll receive the resolution that you want or that justice always prevails.

As for your sentence, a withold simply means that points will not be assessed to your license. Had you simply paid the ticket, you would likely have been worse off. In the future, I recommend you hire an attorney.
