Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
An unlicensed operator of a vehicle, with permission to operate said vehicle, is involved in an accident. The other vehicle involved is clearly at fault and the driver cited. The at-fault vehicle's insurer is still responsible for the damages to the other vehicle even though the driver was unlicensed, correct?

This is an insurance company issue, but generally yes. Talk to a personal injury lawyer to be sure.
