A legal will in Florida will need to be prepared, not hand written. It does not have to be prepared by a lawyer but that is the best suggestion given the possible consequences of an improperly prepared will.

The most important thing to make sure the will is valid on it's face is that it is signed by the will maker in the presence of two witnesses who also sign the will together.

Many lawyers like myself can make arrangements to have the will executed at the will maker's home in situations where health restricts travel.
