Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

fathers will

I feel like my father left everything to my stepmother he died almost 3 weeks ago . She says everything was left to her , my sister called their attorney, he will not give us a copy of the will. I don't care that she gets it all, I would just like to read it to see what my fathers last wishes were. thank you

Florida law requires the will to be filed in the court after the individual dies. Check to see if it has been filed. You might just call your step mother as well.
