My husband & his mother bought a house in Florida. My name is not on deed. What is my husband dies, what recourse do I have?

It depends on how the title reads, tenants in common? tenants by survivorship? Tenants in common, his share passes to his heirs per his will or outside of a will if none exists. If survivorship then his mother gets it on his death.
