Anywhere from nothing, to the court can issue a bench warrant to compel your appearance. Can't tell you what will happen to you if you do it, but it is your civic duty to serve.

If you have a conflict in time, by contacting the court they may allow you out of it, or give you a time deferment.

I suggest you contact the court as to why you can not appear -or if you did miss the jury selection, you need to have a great reason why and let them know. Mr. Kaplan is correct in that they could isue a bench warrant - a night in jail is no fun and these things are usually served on Friday evening so that the first available hearing is not until Monday.
