Purchase and Sale Agreement

My father died and left a purchase and sale agreement where upon his death this person is suppose to pay me an amount monthly for his business. I have not and cannot get a hold of this person.

I have the signed Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need to file suit to enforce the agreement.
