if someone give you premission to use thier ss# can they still get you for fraud?

This is not a question in the subject of ADA but since the answer is pretty simple, I'll respond. Of course you can be prosecuted for wrongfully using someone else's social security number. It is not an excuse that someone else gave you "permission" to commit a crime.
