Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I filed for bankrupcy in October of 2009 while under the protection of the law one of my creditors lawyer contacted me In early January 2010 saying that they were going to contest my filing. they did not go through my lawyer. When we went to court I was called off in a room and the lawyer tried to proceed to man handle me with his attitude until I threw up the fact that my rights had been violated by his firm. he left he room. My lawyer who was present then blew off what I had said and continued saying that we might loose this filing. I was adamant about the violation of my right and my lawyer told me that I needed to forget about that cause no one ever wins those. Heres my question; I read the code so I know they were rights violated! did my lawyer misrepresent me and what should I do about my rights getting violated, I have the proof.

It would not be appropriate for anyone here to second-guess based on your post. Either deal with your lawyer, or retain another one.
