bench warrant/eashlaw

i recieved a ticket for my dog not on a restraint while sleeping on someone frontporch, i rad my ticket wrong and failed to appear in court and they have a bench warrant what can i do ?

Based upon the nature of the citation this is probably not at the top of the list of people to arrest for failure to appear in court. However, if you do elect to ignore this issue it is probable that at some point you will be arrested. The way to resolve this situation is to contact the court and request that the judge withdraw the warrant. This will most likely require that you appear before the judge to explain the circumstances surrounding your failure to appear and may require that the case be resolved at that point or the judge may elect to reset the case with a new bond.
