Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

not me!

my husband was arrested because someone used his name. we went to the jail and they cleard it up after matching the pictures of him vs. the suspect. now we are trying to buy property and he is having trouble clearing the hold off his name? how do we go about getting it cleared?
