Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

We owe the money but they want take any payments unless payment in full.

my husband was served with a letter from the courts. can we send the lawyer some money every week so that we want have to go to court. they say only the full balance is what they will take.

A creditor is generally not required to agree to a payment plan.
