what tto file or who to ask for house arrest instead of jail

I plead guilty to computer invasion of privacy ''in other words I worked for a repo company did some skip work found the dead beat got the car repoed and i was arrested for using the credit reporting system to find him. I got 10 yrs probation and 120 to 160 days in a detension center. I have did 30 days out of that however i paid a lawyer to file a modification due to my divorce and my health. well i the judge says I am a model probationer i was let go I was given 180 hours of community service and i am suppose to turn my self in jan 2 2006 to the county jail where im suppose to serve 90 days. I didnt think he could add to my sentense but it happened. How ever im stuck i have 16 yr old and a mortgage payment to pay and if i go to jail ill loose it all. So is there something i can file with the court asking for house arrest if i pay for it? please help. very concerned in georgia.

You are talking about a sentence modification. Sounds like you may have already had one. You should talk to your attorney. This is the only means to filing a sentence review with any "ump" behind it.
