Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

deprivation of teaching school

I am a highly qualified special ed teacher. I have excellent certs and references. 15 job interviews, no job. Potential employers must be talking to my former principal and he is blackballing me.(Although I have a written reference from him) How can I prove it and take immediate action? Thanks, DP

You prove it by asking the people who make the job decisions, or calling the former principal. As for taking action, you have to have a valid legal basis for that. A negative review alone is not sufficient - otherwise, no one would ever call or provide references.
