2nd part to previous question:

If I choose not to stay married and my marriage is void because of him already being married when marrying me, would I have to file for a divorce, or can I just walk away from the relationship. No children are involved or shared property is involved.

Reread the past post answer. It answered what you asked. In that case you HAVE to file an annulment.

Again, you do not need to file for a divorce. You need to file an annulment. You got a marriage license, I assume. The license is filed with Vital Records. You have held yourself out as married. To protect yourself, file for an annulment.
