Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child visitation

My ex wife refuses to give me my visitation rights. I have not seen or spoken to my children since June8, 2008. I don't have the money for an attorney...what can I do??? We have a court ordered decree.

Well, you can file a Petition for Contempt against her, but you really should at least consult with a local attorney. Or, contact your nearest Legal Aid office.
