Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my ex and i divorced in 95. In 1997 ocss in ga filed contempt citing 28k in arrears. In 2001 he modified -citing addoptive child and a reduction. In 2009 my oldest grad. and his order was automatically reduced. (221.00 per child per month plus 44.33 in arrears per month.) He pays current support but only pays 29/mo. in arrears. (not sure if his state-sc and my state-ga get their fair share before i see my arrears...no tanf or state assistance. My question is...at 29/mo in arrears and my son soon to be graduating , i will be 104 and still recieving this back support...(married in my 20's, now in my 40s) can i have this expeidited. its already been over a decade and hes smart about his tax returns (filing higher through the yrs to not have a refund at the end of the yr.)

You will likely need to hire a family law attorney if you want to get some movement on this issue. It will be tough to go it alone.
