Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a father that left my mom when I was 3 years old with two other brothers from the same father. He was ordered/agreed to pay child support but never did. Keep in mind, I'm 40 years old now and live in NC, my father lives in Atlanta, GA. I'm wondering if there's anyway to take him to court for pain and suffering or something so I put a lien on his house or something. I would pay anything to make his life miserable.

The back child support is still his debt. Consult with a local attorney about taking to court for contempt.
