Grandmother's Rights

Under Georgia law, do grandmothers have any rights of visitation with their grandchildren if parents of grandchildren going through a divorce or one parent (child of grandparents)is incarcerated?

A grandparent has a right to intervene in a pending custody case or divorce case between the parents. You should hire an attorney right away.
