Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my grandson is not to be alone with his stepmother,court orders,he does anyway.They tells us we have to get a lawyer.I don`t understand why when the papers been signed by a judge.We live in Georgia.

We don't know who "they" or "us" are or what they have to do with it. Obviously (from your post), the Court Order is not working. That means it has to be brought to the attention of the Judge. The proper party should have their lawyer do that. It does no good to post it on a website like this, and assuming there was a very good reason for the Judge's Order, it might be doing the child harm to delay. Is the child's welfare not worth handling this properly and immediately?
