jointly owned property

My son and I own property together,If I should die before he does, will my husband or my sons wife have rights to the property or will it go to the one thats still living The only names on the deed are mine and my sons.

Your post does not include relevant facts such as the nature of your ownership, whether you refer to real or personal property, the terms of your will, etc. These are things you should know. See an estate lawyer to review all facts and documents, and create a plan for your real and personal property to be distributed as you wish. Your son will obviously have to participate in any changes in title to real property (if that is what you own together).
